Accomodations: Update
Here are some updates and changes concerning the Bed & Breakfasts for this summer.
There is one more double room at Les Montades.
Bois des Esse in unavailable.
There are some rooms still up for rent at Mas Le Canton.

TRAVEL
Are you booking your travel arrangements now?
Here is some useful information:
Malérargues is part of the Thoiras domain, in the Languedoc-Roussinol Region, in the Departement of Gard in the South of France. The nearest large towns that have restaurants, markets, stores, post-offices, tourist information and other public services are La Salle (5 km), Anduze (12 km) and St. Jean-du-Gard.It is next to the very small towns of Thoiras and Claviac. Public transportation is available but not very easy to understand, so you may want to consider renting or bringing your own car. Please call or email us to let us know when you will be arriving.
Car (Zurich-Maléragues)
Airplane - the closest airports are Nîmes and Montpelier, but if you are coming from very far away you may want to fly into Paris spend some time there and take a fast train to Nîmes for the wedding festivities, it will only take 3 hours on the train to Nîmes.
Train - The closest train stations are Nîmes (60km/1hour) and Ales (30km/30minutes).
Train fairs and passes - raileurope
Very cheap fairs on the idTGV from Paris - Buy the tickets on line and print them at home!
Train from Swizterland sbb.ch
Rental Car - It is always cheaper to book a rental car from overseas, you can also book online with web car hire you should be able to pick up the car from Nimes or Montpelier airports and/or train stations.
For people who are not going to rent a car there are other options:
Bus from Train - There is a bus from Nimes (Car Fort) whish you take going in the direction of St. Jean du Gard. You get off at the stop at the old train station of Thoiras.
Pick up from Bus stop - If you haven't rented a car, let us know. Someone from the Wedding Party will be there to meet you. Please notify us of the time of your arrival.

If you organize your arrival and use the comments on this post to connect with other guests...you may be able to hook up with someone and share a taxi get a ride with someone renting a car, or offer a ride to someone if you are renting a car.
